Very nice but to my opinion the tree in the right lower coner should not be here. But you could not change the window or to cut the tree indeed.

For me the tree lower right helps balnce the textures, creating a triangle bewteen the trees on left and background. Maybe the street lamp intrudes a little but I so love the wintry mood of this that it is a winner for me.
