What a light you`ve captired here! But what about sky? Why it is so "lifeless"?

Gudrun Svenda Gudrun Svenda #14 mon 11 Mar 2002 05:55

Thank you all for all your great comments smile

Response to photographer Katrin Andreyeff:
Katrin sometimes even here in my homeland the sky has no clouds nevertheless most time there is a very dramatic scenery of sky. We can`t have always all --- that would be heaven then and not earth. I was happy about that great glowing light which illuminated the mountain --- view from my living room !!! --- and therefore captured with the very good telezoom of my new toy. Believe me such a great light doesn`t happen every day that I would wait for a "more living sky" and when there are clouds the light never may be that way intensive. You once should visit the alps to enjoy such events live --- the light which changes any moment the appearance of the mountains is so breathtaking that you would forget about sky then, be sure !

What drama nature provides in it`s own way and not the way that we would like to see it. Here the absence of sky focuses on the strength and light on the mountains providing such a magical, mysterious mood with great details. Truly majestic!
Oh! And now I am very envious of you to see this scenery from your home!!! smile ))
