Photo 'High Sierra Cold". by B.K. von Bernhard

They all say that Russia and other places are cold ! Well I have been to the top of this peak in winter and the wind is 50 MPH plus at times (Thats 80 KPH.)This mountain is in the eastern High Sierras range ,and gets very cold. It has glaciers in many places. If you are an avid mountain climber , try this one on for size . It scared the hell out of me , and I did the climb as part of my Special Forces Training ,when I was young. Anyhow I hope that all enjoy ! Barry :=)))
