The composition and contrast are great, but using higher shutterspeeds would not (i think) take away from the motion, while making the photograph better.

Thank you so much for your comment and suggestion. I chose that long shutterspeed (1/30) to get that blurred impression from the children why they were running, but I agree that I could have frozen some more of there movements.
